: Liked the ease of access, the smart TV’s and the location.
: The place was in horrible repair with rust and corrosion everywhere. Some of the doors wouldn’t close/open -including an exterior door to the top patio. Wasn’t that great with kids in the house? The washer/dryer wasn’t connected and couldn’t be connected due to rust. It was not advertised correctly, listing the incorrect number of beds with outdated pictures, and there was dust and mold/mildew everywhere. They didn’t even have linens for the sofa bed and no extra linens/pillows for anything there. One of the sheets on the beds was actually TOO SMALL and wouldn’t stay on. Their solution was to offer to reimburse me for a blow up mattress that I had to go out and buy from 30 minutes away. Linens for the sofa bed were provided after I complained. No pillows were provided at all. Nothing else was addressed, and their management company just said, “ We apologize that you had a less than pleasant stay with us this last weekend.” They said they told the owner about the issues, and that they would be addressed. That’s it. It sure didn’t help me and my family. It was overpriced for what we were expecting, and if I had known it was going to be so horrible, I would have definitely chosen a different place.

: This property has a ton of potential, but it needs a facelift, new furniture and a deep cleaning. The outdoor decks are a nice amenity. However, literally all of the furniture needs to be replaced (all of it!!!) Its disgusting. The house smells like mildue & mold. There's a hole in the kitchen floor someone half-a** repaired. Did I mention, the qtip stuck to the wall in one of the bathrooms? The house is near the beach though.
