West Gulf Shores Condo with Ocean Views Shared Pool!

  : The view.
  : The Door Keys didn't want to work , Condo wasn't cleaned before we arrived ,We had to clean it And wash all the linens , Outside patio furniture was broken we could not sit outside . There was 11 remote for one TV , Could not watch TV. There was no paper products left for us ( Garbage bags, Toilet paper)

  : The location was away from the publics and the pool was clean.
  : I could not get in to the property. The code that was sent to me to get into the parking lot was wrong. My wife and kids and I had to set outside for 45 min waiting for someone to come that was also staying there and give us there code to park, after I to prove to them my reservation. The room was not clean. The walls were damaged with black marks from one end to the other. The Tvs did not work in any of the rooms. It looked as if the ceiling Fans in both living room and bed room, top of the head board, the candle lamp stands and dresser have not been dusted in a long time. The dryer had what looked like some type of condiment in some one pocket had busted and was in the dryer there was hair all in the dryer as well and my wife had to clean it out. When we first got to the Condo all the Patio furniture was in the living room so I had to put all of it back out side. There were 6 remote to the tv in the living room which none worked because the TV would not come on. The TV in the bed room would come on but would not connect to the direct tv box. The toilet in the bedroom looked as if someone had used it and did not flush.

  : It had good views of both the nay and the ocean.
  : It was filthy. We had no clean towels, bedding or anything. There was nasty dishes, and trash was not taking. We only had one roll of toilet paper.
