  : Everything. This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever been to. It was filthy. It was in need of a remodel or demolition. The furniture in the room was old and chunks missing here and there. We had to switch rooms because the first one we had , had pubic hairs on the sheets. The front desk lady gave us another room, But the sheets on it and cover were stained. So she had to change them. Still the new bedding was stained. And there was wires exposed all over the 2nd floor. Webite said 1a pool. If you like green algae . No ice machine. We would of left but there were no other hotels available due to a music festival in a nearby town. We had tickets to that. I will never stay at another Quality Inn hotel. They should close that place down. Wish I would of taken pictures of everything. ☹️

  : We had to choose this hotel because of proximity ti a relative and an emergency situation. The air conditioner smelled like it had not been run in weeks, the non- smoking room reeked of smoke. The peep hole had dried pink bubble gum wad covering it and there was what appeared to be mucous in the sink. The microwave was covered in dust. The hallways had crown molding hanging off the walls with nails showing where they were putting in new wiring.We had to have the key card redone the first day and when my H went to the front desk she said “don’t even ask for your money back” before he even told her the problem.Needless to say we left and stayed on the floor in a relative’s home and drive and extra 30 minutes. This was beyond gross.

  : The two ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. The bed was lovely; the carpets appeared brand new and very lovely, too. The AC worked well, if loudly. The room was quiet otherwise. I am really not sure that anyone else was staying on our floor. We were able to check in about an hour early.
  : I had paid for two nights and knew ahead of time that my money was non-refundable. What I did not know was the hand-held shower spigot was broken off at the source. There was no way to shower. The bathtub seemed "uninviting," or maybe I was overly focused with the shower head. I talked personally with the young lady at the desk re: repair. She called someone to repair it (I assume; I could not understand her language). Following the call, she promised me a 15-minute wait for the repairman....who never came. The furniture was in various stages of brokenness. the table was rickety. the bureau was usable but had seen better days. In all fairness, one of us vomited on a bed-cover and the floor, thus necessitating more than average clean-up following a stay. Because of sickness we needed to return home a day early. I had hoped that the owner/manager would refund the second day. I was hoping that the disrepair of the room and the shortened stay would have resulted in a refund for one night. He refused to return our money. I do understand the refusal (my agreement going in; marginally extra cleanup). Seventy-five dollars is not a lot of money for a room, but should have provided at least a shower and "healthy" furniture. Two final matters: there was no remote for the TV; we were able to access only one channel. I did not discover that fact until we were already dressed for bed. Oh, and did I mention our view of the pool? It was locked and full of murky, green water and who knows what else floating therein.
