  : Safety. Need facility security visibility around parking area. Did not feel safe with lots of people hanging around dark stairway and vehicles in the parking area late into the night.

  : The playground at the church behind the hotel.
  : No employees around anywhere.Lobby locked up when we arrived with a sign on the window "back in 20 minutes" but no mention of when that 20 minutes started. Eventually had to call 2 numbers beside the window before I got in touch with anyone. Employee showed up 45 minutes after we arrived to check us in.I asked where breakfast was served and when it started as one reason we chose this hotel was for the free breakfast. Was told it started at 7am until 9am.Hot tub was empty and pool was closed. Next morning at 7:30am we head to breakfast. Lobby door locked, lights off and no one in site.Went back several times and still the same.Started packing up while we waited and our child closed the room door while we were outside and the room keys were inside. Went to front to ask for help getting back in...at least 8am by this time. Still locked up and no one around. Rang bell several times, nothing. Called the number I called yesterday, woke someone up, and told them the situation. He said he'd call and see what he could do. Several minutes later the room door closest to the office cracks open, a guy peeks out and asked what room. I said 117, he said 217. I said no 117 and he snapped "when did you check in?" I replied with "at 6pm when you showed back up." And he shoved a key through the door at me and closed the door. We got back in our room, finished packing up, and I tried to run some hot water to make my child a hot chocolate. The water never got hot.We don't know if the shower would have gotten hot because by that time we w were fed up and just wanted to leave.Went to drop off the keys to check out and STILL locked up and no one around.I slid the keys under the night check in window and just left.Worst hotel experience ever.
