  : Unfortunately the only pic I took was the black mold in the washer. I did text and I think email for check in instructions. There was no reply with the door code included. I finally called John and he said, Oh yeah", and gave me the code. when we arrived the grass and weeds were a foot or more high. The porches and all the porch furnuture were covered in dust, spider webs and leaves. i called john again to tell him him. He said someone was responsible for cutting the grass; he had sprayed for spiders about a month ago and they come back. Someone did cut the grass but did not make the porches usable. We didnt want to use a hot tub where we knew the cleaning was not up to par, so the outside was totally unusable.
