  : The location was good. It was quiet and close to anything we needed. We loved that we could take our dogs with us. Kitchen was stocked for anything we may need.
  : The A/C couldn’t keep up. We were so hot we had to go buy 2 box fans, one for each bedroom. It was often near 80 upstairs even though we kept all curtains drawn and outside doors closed. We are used to cool, especially while we are sleeping. It got so hot getting ready to go somewhere it was almost unbearable.

  : Very clean and organized.
  : This was not the property I requested in the website. Somehow there are 2 properties listed with the same address. The one I signed up for was the one with 3 bedrooms as well as an enclosed porch area. Not sure how that happened and it was too late to complain when we arrived.

  : View of the golf course is incredible. The layout is perfect for a family of 4 or 5.
  : There are a few repairs that need to be made. The cleaner was just leaving even though we arrived 20 minutes after check in time(a few things were overlooked in the cleaning but not major)

  : The house was very roomy. Beachy decor made me smile and feel like I was on vacation. Swimming pool was close and nice for the evenings when the beach wore you down. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were a nice size to be able to get ready in. They had everything you needed for a kitchen to cook your own meals. That saved us alot of money not eating out every night. They also provided cable television so my kids had something to do while I was doing laundry (YES, washer and dryer were included too which made the trip home less stressful) and cooking meals. Very nice place to stay.. I'd stay there again... just with less spiders!
  : There were so many spiders. We killed 7 just our first 2 days. Grill didn't have any propane in it, we weren't going to fill it knowing we weren't going to use it but 3 nights. Bike tires were flat and we couldn't find any air pumps around. There were also a few spots in the house where the ceiling was coming down. I'm only mentioning these things incase the property owners do not know. I don't think they clean it themselves so they may not see it often.

  : The location of the property. Property was a CONDO not a hotel.
  : 1st: The fan in downstairs bathroom was broken/needs work. Very loud and did not remove the steam. Had to open bathroom window; 2nd: property could do with some general updating. Looked like there had been no updates to property for some years. 3rd: Deck needs replacing; deck table and chairs hadn't been moved in years, when moved it was stuck to the floor of the deck. 4th: only real amenity close to property was a pool, luckily there were at least walking trails, all other amenities were some distance away. 5th: Queen bed in 2nd bedroom too big for room space. Twin beds should only be used in 2nd bedroom. 6th: Too many items left over from other visitors, not sure clean and/or useable. 7th: Notified property owner of a broken screen, said would come and retrieve, NEVER called/showed. Could not open 2nd floor balcony door - no screen. Property is cleaned after each use (met the cleaners), but believe that owners need to update the property. TVs were the only items which looked to be updated in sometime.

  : The condo was perfect for 2 people, or even a family of 4. It was spacious and fully equipped, and the bike rentals were a nice touch. Being close to the beach was just the icing on the cake. Thank you for such a great stay.
