  : The staff was very friendly. Lots to do around the hotel. Very historic looking.
  : This is the second time I have been to this hotel and the elevators are not working. I had to leave work at four in the morning. It is very scary having to walk down six flights of stairs to get to my car. They need to get those elevators working.

  : Elevator is not working water dripping from the ceiling very dirty everywhere in the entire property broken sharp tiles in the bathroom floor bathroom tub doesn't drain hotel smelled like marijuana only to name a few of the major problems

  : The only positive is it is beach front property. There is a mini mart onsite for drinks.
  : Sadly this was once a grand property, there are old photos so you can see it in its heyday. The location is wonderful. But you dont really feel welcome when you checkin and the Russian desk clerk is rude and tells you that you booked through a third party so dont ask the hotel for anything. Take it up with the booking agent and hands you a phone number. I dont know what money laundering scheme is going on, but there are college students using this as a dormitory so expect noise and marijuana smoking. The laundry rooms have broken equipment and is rarely available. The carpets in common areas are filthy. Some are listed as condos but I cant believe anyone would be living in here or pay a HOA. There is no maid service, no breakfast, no fresh towels unless you pay them $35. The pool is okay, but security hassles you. Before you can enter, you are given a laundry list of rules which I am 6 years old and dont need. I would never bring children here. There are lots of pan handlers, homeless and hooks bars nearby. Avoid at all costs.
