  : Air-conditioning only worked in master bedroom had to go buy fans at Walmart. 300 cash deposit surprised me.30 nonrefundable key fob.10 a day parking lot good. The.big fat guy with glasses working desk was very rude. Miss lilly Anna was very nice. Will not be back to them or booking.com..

  : Was there breakfast???? Not aware if it was. 2bedriom condo was nice clean and comfy beds. Like the Ride Circuit trolleys. Convenient and cheap cost.
  : Better explanation about what room included and laundry instructions. We didnt have a CSC Card for laundry room. Had to buy wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels. soap and extra towels. (Many condos come equipped than this one.)Not aware of this before arrival. An email or text prior would have been great as reminder of this. Also was not aware whether or not we could have had a beach front condo. That would have been very nice and would have made stay better. And Beach was dirty.

  : Location was good. Right on the beach and about 40 mins to Miami. Condo was clean and spacious
  : The owners of the condo who live out of country are extremely difficult to communicate with. They told me it wouldnt be a problem to check in close to midnight but yet the property manager didnt even know we were coming as the owner didnt provide our information. Had I not followed up a couple days prior to get check in instructions we may very well have arrived late w out being able to get in. The condo is beautiful and clearly the owners took time to decorate affluently; however they then go cheap by not providing any paper items (one roll of TP, no paper towels or napkins). This small thing creates a negative vibe of not being welcomed customers. The property manager Liliana is a delight. The owners are lucky to have her looking out for their property.

  : The apartment was very nice. Beds were comfortable. You got an ocean view and it had a small balcony.
  : The booking page for this did not tell you the name of the apartments and it gave me problems initially trying to confirm my booking. Didnt like having to meet the owner in the lobby for the keys and having to pay $20 or $30 for a key fob (non refundable) that probably costs them $3 to replace. This was the rule of the apartments not the owner. I also wasnt aware of the cash deposit prior to booking and that you had to get an inspection before getting it back. It interrupted my vacation to do that and was awkward to say the least. They also didnt provide extra toilet paper or paper towels and no cleaning supplies except for dish soap. The property owner said she would make sure and fix that now that she was in town permanently.
