  : The apartment was nice,modern, however windows in a bedroom don’t open and bathtub has a problem with drain. Mattress are so hard.

  : Really hard to communicate with them, I had to check-in at 5pm (when they had told me that -even if arriving 6am- they would do their best to accommodate me until the check-in time which was 3pm). The guy was extremely rude and aggressive in the phone.

  : The view of the ocean was beautiful. The staff are all very friendly, and helpful. The pool area is fantastic. There’s plenty of chairs, and the pool area is in the sun all day. The pool is very clean, and the water is warm. There’s a bathroom outside near the pool, so you don’t need to go in and out all day. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are right on the ocean front, and are only steps away.
  : We had to request a different room due to mold in the first room. There was black mold visible throughout the room, and you could smell the mold in the room. They kindly gave us a new room when requested, and were very polite and kind about it. The facility is very secure, but it’s so secure that it’s a hassle. You need a key to do anything!! Not only to get into the building and grounds, but also to get out. It’s a hassle to have to use the key to leave the grounds, building... it’s the same to get in and out of the parking lot too. This a great place to stay if you’re looking to relax on the beach or by the pool. It’s family friendly. However, there is nothing within walking distance. The boardwalk is a couple of miles away, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to get there due to traffic. There is no small shops, bars or restaurants local to the room. There is only a convenient store. It’s a difficult check in process. You need to arrange an exact time to meet with someone to let you in. This is very difficult and stressful when you’re traveling from a long distance. The staff at the hotel are not responsible for getting you in and out if your room. It’s a third party, and although they are very good at getting back to you, it was stressful to have to worry about it.

  : The staff and people that handled our stay were EXCELLENT! Lorenzo and Sara were GREAT!! Took great care us!!They really made the whole thing easy!The property right on the beach, a family place with a nice beach. The Apartment was nice, could use some upgrades but great view.
  : Had to pay for key fob to get to the beach and property access, which were didn't know about so were locked out for a bit but it was taken care of. Everyone at the property was very nice and took good care of us the whole trip.

  : There are many rules with threats of fines as well as fees for parking, room key fobs, parking fob, etc. Some deposits are non-refundable. Be aware of that as we were told otherwise. The room and appliances were outdated but overall met our expectations as far as basic amenities. We did not have access to the washer/dryer as indicated. There was a separate card for that that we did not receive.
