  : I did like the way the suite was set up, I thought it was going to be bigger. They did have a gym along with free laundry, which was convenient for us. The staff was very helpful with checking and all of our questions.
  : There was no breakfast, but there was a shop in the lobby that had purchasable items. I feel like their selection could have been better. The location was slightly annoying. Traffic made it very difficult to enter and exit.

  : I did not get the room I reserved and paid for in advance and I was charged again when I checked out after I had initially prepaid. The hotel would not help me get a refund on the double charge since I used a booking site even though it was the hotel that charged me again.

  : Who is clean it was quiet it was nice had a nice kitchen and I could cook and they're nice place for me and my daughter blah blah blah
  : I had a very good friend of mine rent me a room there add to candlewood suites by the Willowbrook Mall. My friend rented this room for me for a one-week. A friend of mine was over and decided to have company. Well my friends company also knew another guess that was staying there. That guest proceeded to try to steal my wallet. I did get my wallet back. But while I was going to the grocery store for some reason someone asked for a key to my room. Mind you that I have put down $100 deposit for this room and pay almost $600 this room but when we stay. I was the only person's name on that room besides Mark Williams name. Who is my friend. I don't know why that person ask for a key to my room or while I try to steal my wallet. I'm not friends with that person I don't know that person because this person I was asked to leave the property after going to buy groceries with my little daughter I do not have anything illegal in this room nor did I have any type of friendship or a knowledgement of what was going on between some of these people in the room it was my only from me and my daughter. I'm very distraught about this situation and it might have been a bad idea to even ask my opinion on this day at this motel because I did not do anything wrong to be asked to leave what they were doing other rooms was nothing to do with me. I do not know those people and they were a friend of a friend of mine who had actually asked them not to bring to my room anyone. It just so happens they didn't listen to me very well. Because of the situation I have not only lost a place to stay. I was never give him $100 deposit back. And I also lost a friend the friend who rented the room for me.
