: The property is clean. My room was recently remodeled. The lobby is under renovations currently. So you can tell they are taking care of the hotel.
: It was advertised that they had a free airport shuttle, which is why I booked the hotel. It was a long day of delays and missed connections. I finally got in at 10pm, made the reservation and then called for the shuttle. I was told the shuttle stops running at 10pm. So I had to get an Uber for $27. I wish hotels would advertise the hours of their shuttle and not just say Free Shuttle.

: Rooms were spacious and clean.
: - ladies who tried to check me in were rude and have no knowledge of what they were doing , they shouldn’t be working at the reception. Claimed they could not pull up my booking and had asked for ‘airline ‘ confirmation # ,while I said so many times that booking was thru booking.com. They had no customer service skills and no knowledge of their booking system .

: This is not a fair time to rate this property. The building suffered damage from the recent storms in Houston. The staff was excellent and I'm sure that when they have recovered from the storm damage it will be an excellent place to stay again.

: On July 8, I arrived in Houston with my son. That morning, Hurricane Beverly struck Houston, causing widespread power outages, including at our hotel. We arrived that night at 11 pm and, despite the circumstances, were denied access to the hotel. I pleaded with the staff member, explaining that I understood the situation but needed a safe place to stay given the late hour and the dangerous conditions outside. After about ten minutes of back-and-forth, we were still not allowed into the lobby, forcing us to spend the night in our car. This was particularly concerning as we were unsure about the condition of the roads and flooding in Houston. Words cannot describe the amount of desperation, stress, anxiety, and frustration I felt at not being able to protect my son from the hostile weather outside, especially when a facility was available but refused to provide shelter during such a dangerous situation. There was no understanding or compassion regarding our predicament, and we had to risk our lives staying outside the facility. This is utterly unacceptable on many levels.
