Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool is closed from Wed 31 Aug 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: shuttle service provided within one mile of the property. The shuttle can be taken to further destinations for an extra charge.

OYO hotel has closed its main entrance, from Sage Road.
Our entryway for the hotel shall now be from the HIDALGO Street (a one way street)
From Westheimer Road to OYO entry is via Post Oak to Hidalgo street
From Richmond Road to OYO entry is via Post Oak to Hidalgo street.

The credit card holder of the card used to make reservation must be present at check-in.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make reservations.

Guests can request late check-in by email. Please inform property of expected arrival time.

The Front Desk is open Monday – Sunday ( 8:00 AM – 02:00 AM)

Luggage storage is available for anything less than 1 night. Property is not responsible for any damages.
