  : The fact I made a reservation and my room was given to someone else after traveling 3hrs should grant me a Free Stay I had to book a low budget room which was definitely embarrassing to my job description

  : Breakfast was ok, When I checked in the hotel hour later someone try’s to come in my room with a key. Thank God I had the latch on the door and I yelled ran to the door to push it back closed tried to use the phone in the room to call downstairs it does not work the phone did not have a cord it’s just there for show. I called the booking company she tried to call no answer she gave me the number downstairs no answer. Did not sleep all night. Went down to the front desk to let the General Manager know what happened and she is trying to say it didn’t happen. I told her wow you are a woman and you are trying to justify the situation.She proceeds to tell me at 8:00 am since I have so many complaints she can refund me my money and I can look for somewhere else to stay she only gave me 30min to leave. I was okay with that my class started at 9. I took all my money including the night before and left.
  : All of it, get better customer service and a better General Manager that have care for people staying at the hotel. They were only taking cash payments they say the hurricane .

  : I just want to say this was the worse experience I have ever had with a hotel . From getting bit in the beds , the tv not working , to roaches crawling on the floor ; and house keeping not doing their job . I’ll never stay here again . It was such a headache to open the door to the room , we literally had to break in and consistently get the keys registered . The room wasn’t properly cleaned from the first guest , we found their earrings , and seafood peelings all over the room . We had to use the same towels two days in the row because of not getting a new batch . Worst stay ever .

  : Business was only accepting cash for deposit in which i didn’t have at midnight. I was not about to go to atm at midnight with two kids. Front desk associate did not know how to work anything or get someone on the phone who can help with the inconvenience
