  : the air went out in our unit and i called the number given and the lady that i spoke to was extremely nice and helpful! everyone in the welcome center was nice and helpful too.
  : no laundry facility close by, several things in the unit was broken.

  : We stayed at this EXACT location/property/condo last year. My understanding is it is now under new management. A lot of the stay was great. A few observations for helpfulness: 1) As opposed to last year, there were far less towels - we had indicated we were 2 adults and 3 children, so providing more towels would have been good. 2) The master bed is still the same, and it's shocking. I'm 41, but don't consider myself "old" - I run marathons, yet both years I've come away from sleeping on that bed with severe back pain - if the master bed is the same next year we won't stay there again.

  : Location was great, unit was in good shape and clean.
  : Never received correct codes for beach access even after calling to get them. We were given the same incorrect code. Unit has no pots and pans for cooking.

  : **Junky chairs filled the back porch.**The queen size mattress was noisy and not comfortable. **The twin bedroom was hard to sleep in due to the air conditioning unit that was loud and right in their inside wall.
  : Being close to beach was nice, just need to change furniture and mattresses on all beds.

  : The condo was spacious & I loved having 2 bathrooms with kids.
  : The beds werent comfortable, the furniture, especially the couch needed updating or cleaning. There were no sheets for the couch bed. The space was cluttered & the balcony only looked into other condos.

  : I loved the location. The unit was very quiet given that it's right next to a very busy street. The master bedroom bed was super comfy. I also appreciated the heating/cooling system. It was very easy to adjust as needed. The shower in the master bath had great pressure and I loved the tile shower. I also appreciated the comfort height toilet in the master. I liked that there was cable TV.
  : The carpet is absolutely gross! I'd be embarrassed to rent it out in the condition it's in. And I mean seriously gross. there are spills and stains all over it; it doesn't look like it's even been shampooed since most of the spills occurred. A lot of the fixtures don't work and neither does the garbage disposal, but there's nothing to tell you that. It makes noises as if it were grinding, but it wasn't. I didn't realize it wasn't working until bell pepper innards kept floating up when I ran water in the sink. I mucked out the stuff I'd put in the disposal, but then got to some stuff that previous tenants must have put in and it was GROSS! In general, the unit requires a really deep clean and any fixtures that don't work should be fixed or removed. Also, if the expectation is that the guest will haul his/her garbage out a checkout, heavier garbage bags should be provided as the ones provided would likely break.

  : The condo was very nice but the queen bed is a joke was like sleeping on a box spring no padding on mattress at all and the couch is way to old this condo needs furniture updates bad..but everything else was great
