In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Sodev LLC dba AA Oceanfront Rentals and Sales will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Two weeks prior to your arrival date the propertys details, including the address and check-in instructions, will be sent to you by e-mail.
