  : I had to call every day to have the trash removed. When we checked in the trash receptacle was full. The front desk called and asked if they could access the villa to change a cable box. We told them no, because we weren't going to be home. They accessed it anyway, moving our belongings without permission. When I asked to speak to management about this no one has yet to call me back. While the place was tidy, it was very dusty and we found several strands of hair on the sheets and towels. Which is disgusting.

  : The location was good. The kitchen was adequate.
  : Problems with the condo: -Front porch light doesnt work -Toilet trash cans rusted in first and second floor master -Was told would get a handicap accessible room and there is nothing accessible about it! -First floor accessible master was supposed to be a king bed. Two queen beds blocked access to the closet. -Could barely get a wheelchair into the bedroom or bathroom. -Whoever caulked the bathroom did a poor job in master -Urine stain on the lower bunk bed sheets -Dirty sheets all beds -Blinds dont open and when tried to, several panels fell down -Scratches and wall stains everywhere -Spindle on handrail on stairs broken -Entry way ceiling light fixture hanging (not properly installed) -Furniture falling apart-broken strapping -Pillow case stuffing coming out of pillow on couch -Upstairs master overhead lightbulb out -Local TV channels not available-very disappointing -Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the week -Kitchen sink drain plug missing. Could not was dishes in the sink.

  : the other guests throwing clothes and stuff on my car, and in the bushes. the guests being so loud all night when we had to be up early for meets. didnt have ceiling fans in the rooms, and the owner wanted the air conditioner set on certain temp.
