: I dont like the confusion between booking. Com and them. I dont think its far you ask the guest to pay extra for the grill and hot tub That price should be built in with the stay not you nickel and dime your guests for the extra money. I was charged 250 cleaning fee then was asked to take out the trash and put the laundry in the laundry room and to put the dishes in the dish washer. Check in is not till 4pm If thats the case why was I charged a cleaning fee?

: very spacious and clean. the grill and the hot tub were awesome! there was a small park for the kiddies and a pool. we barely wanted to leave to go to our activities.

: The house was ok, nice neighborhood, enough parking spaces, close to most things
: A lot of the kitchen utensils are missing like cups and silverware, just one coffee filter, not even coffee, most houses I stayed in Orlando have those things at least...Not sure why they charge extra for a bbq or tub which are ready to go anyways, and wifi wasn't working for the first day

: It was spacious and beautiful besides the minor things. It was very close to different attractions.
: Well the villa was not throughly cleaned, hot tub did work for us, and still waiting on refund. There were some holes and broken fixtures and closet door.
