A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The credit card used for the booking and a matching photo ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest is unable to provide the credit card used for booking, an alternative credit card must be presented along with a matching photo ID.
