  : The resort was beautiful with a lot of activities for the kids. The one bedroom condo was spacious and met all of our needs. The pools and hot tub were very clean and the on site coffee shop was really nice. The resort is a good deal for a family traveling with children. They sell ice cream and drinks for the kids for good prices down by the pool. The location is amazing, everything you need is within driving distance. (Lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, flea markets etc) You can watch your kids from the hot tub as well and the pool has two slides to keep them busy. Nice bonus!
  : Now for why I rated the condo fair. My reservation was confirmed and verified with Booking before arrival. When we arrived at the resort, we were told our reservation was a scam and they did not have a reservation for us in the system at all. I pulled out all my paperwork and showed the resort. They still said that could not do anything as the reservation was not there. I spent at least an hour or more on the phone with booking trying to resolve the matter. We had driven two days (12 hours) and just wanted to get to the room. It was not an ideal experience to say the least! After going back and forth and wondering where we would find another room.. the front desk honored the reservation! They told me the price was incorrect and they believed it was a scam but since they had a room available... they would honor it! At first, I thought the front desk was very unsupportive to our situation but they slowly came around after looking at the paperwork. This was not our first stay at the resort, we liked it the first time and booked it again! Our week was lovely but I never found out why this even occurred. The resort seemed to think the posting on Booking was a scam ... they were going to investigate. I booked the condo... the same as I always do with Booking so I would be very careful with this one.
