: The mattress on all of the beds was hard. The bathrooms were not fully cleaned. Multiple stains on carpet in every room upstairs. They didn't leave any extra garbage bags.

: Location is the only good thing this property offers.
: extremely dirty! We found someone’s panties underneath the sheets of master bed. We messaged the staff and didn’t even get a reply with any type of input. Blankets were also dirty (stains and smell) - You also have to remove the trash, they left no garbage bags and stated that they charge $80 if you don’t take the garbage to the dumpster yourself. (Remind me again why are we paying an additional $150 cleaning fee?)Not to mention that they charge the full price for your stay and only after charging they will send you to this third party portal where you have to sign this ‘contract’ with ridiculous charges and ‘new policies’ - They make you send pictures of your pic id, credit card and you also have to send a selfie picture. How weird is that?!! They charge an additional $300 on your credit card before your arrival. I feel at this point that this is a big scam for ppl to make easy money.Codes for the front door were only sent 2 hrs before checkin time, delaying our trip. (we were already confirmed and complied with all their requirements from the evening before)Both master bedrooms have ridiculously loud mattresses, I had stayed in bad places before and not even that picky, but theirs were so loud and old that we had to go sleep somewhere else.The food disposal in the kitchen sink was broken, making the sink clog and the kitchen unusable.(the customer service never answered our calls and messages)The kitchen is incomplete. No cutting board, dish set with odd numbers not matching the right amount of ppl that the house can accommodate.The decor is cute.Furniture is somewhat new. (other than the super old mattresses)The quality of the towels were excellent.Sheets and comforters were disgusting. (cheap and dirty)Do I recommend this place? HELL NO. RUN AWAY FROM IT AND RUN FAST.

: Could have advise about linen and towel requirement prior to arrival ...could have easily made beds myself and would have done the same with towels... had to purchase from Wal-Mart
