Tru By Hilton Knoxville West Turkey Creek

  : I loved the location of this hotel and I have stayed at Tru by Hilton before and enjoyed it but I stayed for business then. It was clean except for the shower floor was kinda slippery like it already had soap on it or maybe someone forgot the clean it.
  : The breakfast was not as good as I expected it to be. the site said waffles too and there was no waffles able to be available so my son only ate cereal and I had to end up going to get breakfast somewhere else. My yogurt was warm and not even chilled, also I am 33 weeks pregnant and was there with just my 5 year old and about 10:30P a couple came storming through the hall and slammed their door and started cursing at one another loud enough to hear through the wall. They was using very explicit words towards one another and it had woke up me and my son. I did call down to the desk but they had kinda calmed down by then so I don’t know if they got warned or not. Midnight they started back again cursing and throwing stuff and being very loud for about 15 minutes. Then 3P they woke me up having sex and bumping against the wall and screaming/moaning/etc. Needless to say it was pretty miserable. Also when I got there to check in there was nobody there for a few minutes and we had to wait for her to come back to the desk and then when I checked out the following day we had to stand there and wait again and the woman come walking out buttoning her pants.
