Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform La Jolla Village Condos in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Vacasa will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Vacasa gets the same important information for all IDs, just submit the request because all old information should be replaced with below information
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests shall abide by the property's policy. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian
