  : I liked the location of the property. It was within walking distance (short walk) to the beach. It also felt safe.
  : The condo was NOT clean! Every bed had particles of sand in it, which was rather odd. I'm not sure if the sheets were not cleaned or what happened there but it was gross. Also, one of the bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned. The sink had dirt all over it and the toilet had chunks splattered on the sides. Also, the other bathroom shower wasn't clean and the shower curtain had slimy film on it like it needed to be replaced a year ago. For the money I would have expected more perfection. Also, I'm pretty sure it was haunted. It felt heavy inside and we heard very strange noises at night and all the picture frames were tilted. It was kind of creepy.

  : The location is always pleasing. I grew up in Lake Tahoe and have stayed in Lakeland Village often. The condo was well stocked.
  : It was filthy. There was a blood stain on the bed, the towel rack was broken off in the bathroom, there was no screen on the "loft" (not a bedroom) window, the window coverings were covered in dust and it was VERY dark. The owners can't even be bothered to put matching comforters in the 2nd bedroom.
