Policies

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 18 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Valet parking is available and subject to a parking fee. Please contact property for details.

Your credit card will be charged immediately by the hotel for the first night's room stay and tax. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be cancelled by the hotel.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The taxable resort fee listed in the policy section includes the following:
- In-room WiFi for 2 devices (additional charges apply for additional devices)
- Fitness centre access for 2 (additional fees apply for access for more than 2 guests per room)
- In-room local/toll-free calls
