When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for US$50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The daily resort fee includes: Guest Wi-Fi/Internet Access, Smart TV Casting ability, Unlimited local &, Toll-free calls, 10% off Spa or Fitness retail ($100 min), 5% off Spa or Fitness treatment ($230 min), 5% off Cabana Experience ($800 F&B min), 5% off 2 Pool chair Experience ($200 F&B min).

Standard Rooms $150 p/night up to 4 nights
Suites $150 p/night up to 4 nights
Luxury Suites $300 p/night up to 4 nights
Palaces and Villas $500 p/night up to 4 nights

This charge is fully refundable upon checkout pending approval from the property.

Please note there is a charge for valet parking.
