Wonderful
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : I loved: the room is really new and comfortable, great location, pool area, private beach, a very nice restaurante with live music, a lot of joy, great food and a very good happy hour, an amazing view around the resort (great for photos).
  : I didn’t like: the check in was a little be confused, the link they send online to pre check in did not worked, I tried to call several times and anybody answered, so I had to handle my check in the security gate outside the resort, but otherwise it was all perfect.

  : Rooms where clean and well maintained. Little kitchen and refrigerator is a plus and appreciated. Property is nice and clean and offers a lot to do in gereral.
  : Almost impossible to reach front desk to ask for room service for clean towels or to clean our room. Never cleaned our room or changed the linens once! Really bad form considering we were these for 4 days!

  : They block internet so you need to purchase at $6 a day.Kitchen only two forks , 3 spoons, 2 pansHad to call a day in advance for towels. Nothing open, services from 8-2 and had to call a day in advance.The only staff we got to talk to were the people at the gate who were friendly otherwise no one available to talk to.

  : Everyone was nice and pleasant. According Booking.com showed we would get ocean view. Was a nice comfortable clean stay.
