  : I had no power at my house so I needed a 2bed hotel room on very short notice and didn't need anything fancy. And they had availability on a busy summer weekend.
  : The sheets were poor quality and scratchy. I kept waking up thinking a bug was crawling on me because my face was so itchy.. I woke up and left the room at 8 to get coffee. Coffee is served in the lobby but the woman behind the desk gave me a surly look. So I left and went to Dunkin Donuts and to check on my dog, which I left at my house. I brought the dog back with me so that she didn't bother the electrician. I took her for a quick walk around the premises, which quite frankly, were depressing. A man sitting in a chair glared at me. I left the dog back in the car and went back to the room to get my son. The man followed me and sat in the chairs outside the room. I realized he must be the owner or related to the owner. He did not speak to me, so it was just kinda weird.The room was hastily and poorly painted. The soap provided was like washing with a piece of cardboard. Checkout time is 11 AM, my son was finishing and packing up around 10 AM. The owners hovered outside the room, waiting for us to leave. I gave them the room keys and the immediately went into the room as we walked to the car. It was just all so awkward. Would not stay here again unless I had to, and only if I brought my own pillow cases..

  : The towel rack in the bathroom fell off 2 times hitting my girlfriend in the head. Not to mention the 2 sharp screws hanging down on left side

  : *The heat would not shut-off in the common area and the mini-split would not cool the area, so it was very uncomfortable. *The beds are HARD. * The refrigerator in one room did not get cold. * Meager breakfast options including breads & cereals. No gluten-free options, no fruit.
