: Beautiful location on the mountain. Quiet! Very organized and clean—fresh towels, sheets, etc. Amenities such as clothes washer and cable movies much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a dining and living area to enjoy. Thank you!
: A light blocking curtain in bedroom would be a great help. Blinds are nice but don’t block the very bright morning sun. Light blocking curtain in living room works well. Maybe an advisory that the climb up is pretty steep—even though our not so new car was OK with it. Finally a few printed instructions (in a binder?)—how to access movies with remote, bathroom faucets must be pulled out for water, water handle must be in “on” position for clothes washer, etc. would be welcome. But we LOVED our stay!!! Thank you!

: Towels were on the washing machine not washed and the bed was never made. We could not figure out how to turn the shower on so we did not shower. Otherwise cute and comfortable

: Very spacious. Was perfect size for my family of 5. Good location for us. We wanted close to Ludlow and not far from Peru. Enjoyed having more space over a hotel.
: Fees for Maintenence seem high, as we were there 2 nights and hardly there. Difficulty getting in to the place. No instructions. Had to be on hold with someone from the company to figure out how to get it. I was 9th in line.Better directions to the actually location. Picture of the front of the outside would have been better. Showing the actual BL and even the name on the sign.We struggled terribly with the toilet, which is clearly why there is a plunger there. Flushing was an absolute issue. Clogged far too many times to count. Plunging a toilet during our mini family get away is no fun. Even waking my husband in the middle of the night to do so. Believe me, we used toilet paper as sparingly as possible. Even didn’t flush when the boys just peed...sorry TMI I know. For this reason we would not rent this unit again, unless the plumbing and toilet was fixed.

: The property was conveniently located near a venue that we were attending for the weekend
: in the description of the property, it stated that the residence was not air-conditioned, that they rely on fans and windows being open. We were only able to open one window in the bedroom on the first floor, it appears that the other one was painted shut. The one window in the living room area was missing screens, so we were not able to open up that one. We ended up opening and keeping open the door on the slider. There was only one fan able to be located in the residence, and that one was found in a downstairs bedroom.We were scheduled to be there for four nights, yet there were not enough of washcloths for us to use without having to do a load of laundry that only consisted of washcloths and towels.we also have to call customer service due to a missing hair dryer.
