  : LEAVING!! The woman that checked us in was very nice and the hotel was only a 16 minute drive from Alliance Center. Restaurants and mall close as well
  : EXTREMELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING, I woke up with BED BUGS!!! Very outdated and completely run down. The metal rod that was put on the bottom of the inside windowsill so that the windows could not be open, had been pride up on both sides so that the windows could be opened. The wall and baseboards all around it was extremely water damaged and rotted. Wallpaper falling off everywhere, the trim around the corners of the walls coming off, had to hold toilet handle down to flush for at least 20-30 seconds for only #1 to go down. In the morning, I woke up and was itchy in my back. BED BUGS!!!! There were 2 in my bed!!!!! Adults size as well (Mom and I looked it up). I have never seen a bed bug before, I was grossed out, took a shower and got OUT of there!!! My Mom wouldn’t even take a shower. Also, it’s obviously ok to smoke weed there as the entire hotel smelled like it. Upon checking out, I wanted to explain this to the Manager, but she was on the phone so I called after we left and on our way to our destination. Asking for a Manager was a waste of time. When I told her what had happened, she couldn’t have been more rude, and when I told her about the bedbugs, she was not surprised or shocked, appalled at all! She knew! And didn’t do anything about it! To me, that’s unacceptable. We had to cut our trip short so that we could get everything home and washed and cleaned to make sure we didn’t bring any critters home with us. what a very disappointing experience! Just bulldoze that right down and maybe start over?

  : The front desk person had a stomach bug and looked like death plus he looked like he was living on the streets. The "remodeled" room did NOT have a fire door and the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in or something. I don't even want to know who was in it looking for protection.

  : EVERYTHING... this place should be classified more as a motel versus a hotel. Room was dirty beyond belief.... Carpet not vacuumed & sticky, bathroom had mold in it, the entire facility smells like stale smoke.... This place is NOT worth the value.....

  : The rooms looked like a murder scene. Toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, stains all over the curtains and walls the lamps looked someone had gotten into a fight pushed up against them. Dirty so dirty.

  : It was not clean at all. It looked dingy and the hallways were disgusting. It looked like a cracked hotel. You know, the ones that look like they stink on TV...there is no other way to describe it. And for what I paid?? It was not worth it. Nor will I ever stay there again or recommend this place.
