Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Village 1402 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. 2 weeks prior to arrival the property's details and key code information to access the home will be emailed to guest.
