  : On our first night, we had to listen to teenagers running the halls, slamming doors, and knocking on other doors using racial slurs after 10 pm. The mirror in the room was so smeared from it trying to be cleaned it was hard to see in. When we requested additional towels the second night, the front desk acted as if it was an inconvenience to get them. We requested a handicapped room upon booking for my wheelchair-bound father. At check-in, I was told they had been sold out for two weeks. I NEVER saw another individual in a wheelchair or disabled who would need a handicap room. The elevator was not working properly upon our departure. Thank god we were able to get my father and our belongings downstairs to leave.

  : Beds were comfortable and had a foam topper.
  : Noticed the stain on the sofa bed mattress. The bath tub was clogging. The sink and bath tub didn't have a plug stopper. The guest washer wasn't working. Complimentary breakfast didn't taste good. No room service. Only one person was on the desk so I had to get what I needed myself.

  : Location...close to freeway and mall.
  : Upon arrival, the hotel room was NOT clean. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, of which I removed all bedding from the bed. It was TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!! The bathtub was not clean, so I cleaned/sanitized the entire room with my own cleaning products. The amount of filth that was on the door handles, remote control and phone receiver was appauling!!!!! When the dirty room was brought to the attention of the manager on duty (Black lady with red hair) she was indignant about the matter when clean sheets and comforter was requested. Thankfully, I brought disposable sheets with me because the level of cleanliness was questionable. The owner may want to invest in new sheets, pillows and use BLEACH on all linens including towels. Also, my key cards were both deactivated on day 2 of day 3. When I went to the front desk to let them know I was told that I probably had it near my phone which deactivated them. That was false because the key card was in my pocket, no where near my phone. I would NEVER refer anyone to stay at this hotel EVER. I have traveled all over the US and this by far was the worse stay at an hotel for me. I also noticed that SEVERAL patrons were complaining about the same things...getting locked out their room and cleanliness!!!! I believe a partial refund should be awarded for such an unpleasant stay.
