  : DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. The host kept my deposit because she said the towels were in bad condition and it smelled like smoke in the house. When I asked her for pictures , the pictures were clearly not from my stay. I made sure to follow the rules given; take all the trash out, put the towels in the bathtub, and not smoke in the house. The pictures she sent showed the towels on the counters which is impossible because as mentioned we put them in the tub. The pictures showed toilet paper (the last day we ran out of toilet paper) which proves those pictures were not from our stay. And we swept the whole floor and never smoked in the house. Looks like they keep doing this to people that rent in order to keep a portion of the deposit. The line for parking was more then an hour so we had to end up taking an Uber everywhere. And the line to check in your car when u arrive took over an hour as well. The host didn’t respond to messages or calls once we arrived. Hostess claimed we smoked inside when we did not and the location of the room is basically in the basement where the smell was already horrific when arriving. Was not given my deposit back

  : The unit needed maintenance. The shower was very difficult to regulate. Only had 6 towels when there was noted 7 guest. The toilet had come loose from the foundation. Only one kitchen towel, unable to clean spills. The sliding door lock did not work

  : The town house is very nice but it needs TLC and a good decoration feels old and outdated.The kitchen was useful with all kitchen appliances. Not supplied with paper towels or soap.Bathroom ground floor, the cold water did not work water to hot. Towel bar kept falling. Lack of toilet paper only half a roll left and no hand towels for the sink. The hallway closet needs to be clean.The dining area is good for family'sLiving room area with 2 twin beds and sofa are ok,beds need to be more clean sheets and blankets seemed used and not washed. They do not supply a back door key, so try not to leave your belongings alone lots of people traffic and you could be robbed. My major disappointment was that I was not told the pool was closed for remodeling family was upset because the ocean was rough, and we where looking forward to the tiki and pool area both closed and no information was given to about the pool being closed. The unit is not supplied with outside umbrellas for the balcony or beach.The hotel is very difficult for handicapped people with no ramps for wheel chairs.To bring in your family and belongings to the townhouse is not an easy task. You need to go down a few steps if you're carrying all your stuff with no carts or elevators available. I needed helped to bring down a stroller. The back door needs a new everything look Broken curtain rod and very dirty curtains.
