  : I loved the location. Some of the staff was very, very helpful. It was great aside from the extremely false marketing and advertising.
  : Nothing that was advertised online when booking actually applied when checking in. I was told the resort fee is never included in booking once checked in. When I booked.. two chairs, two towels and two drinks were included daily. This was the resort fee that was said to be included. Breakfast was also said to be included. None of that was. Also, there is a whole second tower that no one tells you about. You see photos of the South Seas tower but get sent to sleep in the neighboring Richmond tower which is NOT ATT ALL what I booked. It is not clean, not what the pictures show. I was told I could move to the NORMAL tower for $30 extra dollars a night! After paying 500 plus dollars for a hotel/resort stay, this was not expected and pretty ridiculous.

  : Music noise too late in the evening, from the outside facing the beach.

  : Great location. Historic property very well kept.. breakfast and pool bar on site. Valet service is very efficient..
  : No mini fridge or coffee in room. Fridge is more important to me. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust water was super hot.

  : The poolside staff and bar. It had a weird smell but overall my bed and room felt clean.
  : The walls were so thin I heard everything my neighbors did or said....causing me to get little to no sleep. The cleaning ladies were very rude and refused to come back in 10 minutes per my request and basically said “now or never” so I only got service one day. I would stay this place is fine if all you need to do is sleep a few hours at night, but that will not happen if you have a neighbor with the paper thin walls.
