  : The apartment it's self is beautiful and just as shown in photos. The pool was lovely and the host was prompt with his responses. The location was ideal for vacationing in Miami. The beds were also very comfortable. Easy parking.
  : Unfortunately we were never thouroghly explained to on how to lock the door properly. We thought we were locking it, but found out the hard way we were not when we came home on our second night and found the apartment had been broken into with several items missing, adding up to over $1000. The host himself did come to visit us personally and make sure we were okay, but the property didnt offer much assistance with recovering our things or even reviewing the cameras once we made a police report, even thought they said they would. I dont blame the host for us getting robbed, just wish it had been clarified on how to lock the door. Word of advice... Double check the door lock when staying here! The microwave also didnt work, which wasnt a huge deal. Had trouble getting the living room TV on as well. We were only given one elevator pass for a total of 5 guests, so that also became tricky when splitting up.
