: The hotel and room were beautiful!!
: The manger that helped me when I checked in and checked out was very pleasant, had great customer service, all smiles, completely understanding when I had a card decline. Gave me her name to call if I had any issues, 5 star, 10 Rating for her! (Elizabeth, was her name I believe.)I called Wednesday for her and that’s when I had the opposite service. The attitude I was given from the front desk clerk when I had a billing issue. I asked to speak with a manager and she continued to help me, good on her, showed me she was capable of doing the job. Just her lack of concern, patience, and customer service were HORRIBLE. She did it all with attitude. In customer service the way you speak to people is EVERYTHING.

: The location of the hotel was amazing, it was next to plenty of restaurants, lots of great options for food. We were in town due to a softball tournament and it was close to the stadium as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great. Very, very clean.
: The photo of the pool when booked was not the same as the actual pool at the hotel. When we booked the hotel their was also a photo of a hot tub next to the pool and there was not a hot tub. Pictures were deceiving. Also our girls had been at a tournament all day which we made it back to the hotel at about 9:40 our girls were so excited to swim after their tournament the pool closed at 10 and even though we explained this to hotel receptionist he said it was his problem and that we needed to get out. So we got out and changed our girls and parents still wanted to hang out and bond so we decided to get out of the pool, change, and we went downstairs to where the breakfast was held and as soon as we got there we were told we needed to leave because they needed to close it up as well. So there was no common area where we could all hang out? I asked them where do you expect us to hang out then if you are closing all common areas to us and he said "in your rooms" with a snarky voice mind you there was 20+ of us how were 20+ us expected to hang out in a room when the rooms were tiny? Just did not like that there was no common space for us to hang out. Not even around the pool or a balcony. Breakfast cookers could not keep up with the demand of how many people there were in the hotel. They kept running out of items and would take them 30 to 45 minutes to replace them if they even replaced them at all.
