: location was very convenient and close to all of the things we were wanting to do.
: there were multiple places the ceiling was open and leaking water in hallways. pillows were slightly discoloured. 3 of the lights in our room didn't work.

: Staff was very good to get us checked in early so our stuff did not have to sit in hot vehicle all day
: Sink in bathroom was plugged but we unplugged it with plunger they provided and light by door was not working properly

: There was no breakfast
: The elevators didn’t work. It was out of order. The room was unsatisfactory. Check in time was at three. They said it was at four. The ice machine was broke. You had to go to the third floor The staff kept apologizing with no compensation for anything. They said because I booked under a third-party unacceptable!!!

: There was no breakfast . Just coffee and tea in the lobby. Woud have been much better with a continental breakfast.
: The air conditioner in room 167 didn't work properly so it was not cool in the room. There were two lights burned out. The cleanng staff only emptied the waste baskets once in 4 days. The used towels weren't picked up one day and not enough clean towels left for 3 guests. Room 165 had a dirty bathtub and was not cleaned.
