: Had to wait two hours to get our room after checkin time, room was filthy, couldn’t use balcony, no curtains on balcony door, closed main pool without any notice for a private event

: Pillow dirty, roll up couch mattress stains, chips found under the pillows of the couch, sand in the jacuzzi tub, luggage push cart about to break as it has a huge wobble, hand antibacterial lotion on third floor not working, construction waking me up early in the morning as they were working above my room, remote control for the tv barely working as you need to stay 2 feet from it. Maybe new batteries would be nice.

: They lied to me about the room I was to get when I booked! I was told that the room I booked they didn't have at the location! How can I book a room that was needed for my travel plans only to get disappointed upon arrival!!!!
