Policies

No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sole East Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note, the deposit and cancellation policies apply to single night reservations.

For multiple night reservations, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 50 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $300 per pets, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
