: The location is very nice.
: The phone in the room didn’t work. That’s very unsafe. Bad cell reception. My guy had a super high fever. Couldn’t use the card keys to buy him so Gatorade because both keys got demagnetized right away (even though one of them was kept in a cotton pouch). Asked for a late checkout (just 1 hour) because I was trying to take care of a very sick person. Told them that. They said NO. Even talked to housekeeping and they said NO!!! Can’t even order room service no matter how much food you buy. Nobody changes the sheets (sheets were soaked because he was sick and sweating profusely) and they could simply not be bothered. Very poor customer service. The lake is pretty but there is no access to it. Old tiny TV in the room. You can say goodbye to Netflix if you are laid out on your back. Gotta watch reruns. Pillows are lumpy. Don’t look for a mint on your pillow either or any kind of extra. Spent 888.00 for two nights! Omg it was overpriced. Had a terrible time but if you just want a nice view and money is no object, it’s the place for you.

: Spacious, good enough for our family of five. We like the kitchen and dining area, so convenient to cook a little food here there and sat around. We wish we could stay longer.
: How come there are so many little bugs got into the bathroom and kitchen? We didn’t like the sight of it.
