: The room 1103 was amazing, comfortable beds and amazing view. Easy beach access.
: Unc, Duke game was and the bedroom TV would not work. We had to sit in the living room. After a long day of traveling we wanted to lay and relax. The hotel was run down and needs updated. The hottub on the 10th floor was luke warm. I do not like that I paid 165.00 cleaning fee, when I had to make sure everything was washed, beds were stripped and put in a specific place, and towels were all collected and put in a specific place. Like what was the cleaning fee for?

: elevators did not work our entire stay, they kept giving us parking violations on the ground floor when our truck is over 6’6. Received a call from front desk to move my vehicle which I did not.

: Room was clean.
: The extra $400 that was charged after we left for a broken closet door that we never used. Me and my husband stayed in the bed beside the closet. If it was broken it was problably like that from before. Supposedly it was tore off the hinges so I guess we were the lucky ones to have to pay for it.

: The unit was privately owned so no waiting in lines at front desk and didn't have to keep up with a key card. The unit had both ocean and street views with 2 private balconies. Hotel location is very quiet overall and about 10-15 minutes from the strip. One of my favorite things was how the parking deck is connected to the hotel so no walking across the street to get the car. Love that it had indoor, outdoor and a rooftop pool and Jacuzzis.
: There's not alot of parking spaces on each level of the parking deck and the turns can be kinda sharp. Elevators took forever especially on checkout day and some of them sounded as if they werent gonna make it to the destination. Could use bigger or more trash cans at end of halls. When u get off elevators theres no sign telling you which rooms are what way, you have to take a chance and explore.
