  : The amenities are amazing. So much to do for the kids and honestly, if you truly didn’t want to, you wouldn’t have to leave the resort. Multiple pools, a park, a nice kiddie pool, a giant saltwater pool right on the ocean. The pool has a little shack that sells snacks and alcoholic drinks. The condo I had was oceanfront and it was great. There is a small little store called The Galley, and they have breakfast sandwiches which were good and the people working there were very nice. They also have some beachy things like chairs, sand toys, sunscreen, hats, etc. The Quarterdeck Restaurant/bar was also nice and very beachy, plus you could walk there. Food was good, servers were nice, and they had karaoke. Not having to drive kids somewhere when they are all sandy and wet is one of my favorite things about this place. Full sized kitchen was a plus. I had a small issue with check in/ welcome packet missing some vital things, but when I talked to management they rectified the situation and were kind. good customer service.
  : I will say that the condo I had was not the one in the picture and it was outdated for sure. (A402) It could use some updates, especially the bathroom, BUT the view, location, and amenities made up for it and it was CLEAN, which is so important. I didn’t see a single bug, which I am always paranoid about when I go anywhere. It was also a little… damp, but I told management and they said they will fix it ASAP, so I doubt the next people will have that problem. I also didn’t like that there was no after hours/emergency number, but the management company is small so I can understand why. I support a good life/work balance. I guess my biggest complaint is the elevator. it’s sooooooo slow, but if that’s your biggest complaint for a resort, then you’re good to go.

  : Location was great with beautiful ocean view from balcony. Located between family pool and ocean side pool, it was convenient for our family to access both. Unit had everything our family needed, including bedding, towels, cookware and appliances. Unit located close to elevator and laundry. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.
  : Unit could be updated. While fully functional, some features definitely showed wear and tear. Shower curtain rod in master bath had rust. Frames around balcony doors and window had rust. Dishwasher was difficult to open. For a family of five, it would've been nice to have an extra set of bath and kitchen towels to work with. There were some cracked floor tiles in the master bathroom and shower head seemed unusually low. Again, we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip.

  : We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle beach resort, this was our first time staying here. So glad we did! It was a great location in Surfside beach close to pretty much anything you need during your stay there. We loved that we felt safe and we could relax. Our room was perfect, ocean view and pool view. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation. My daughter really enjoyed it.
  : The only thing I could really find uncomfortable was the light in the bedroom from the parking lot, it was really bright and would light up the room at night making it hard to sleep. Maybe just needs some curtains or blinds and it would be fine.

  : The guy that works at the pool/spa area was rude, yelling at people telling them "if you don't like how I run my shift come back when I leave at 5:01." The room had candy and trash under and behind furniture.
