  : the room was not clean at all. i had to clean it before we got in the room. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleane before e put out things n there. I tried to contact someone as the front desk told me she could't do anything to get my money back and no one would return my phone call. I went and bought comforters for us to sleep in top of the comforters i bought. trash from previous guest in room. bathtub was a mess. hair and soap scum everywhere. WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE
  : DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING. VERY DIRTY. COULDNT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALL ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. THERE WAS SOMETHING STICKY ALL OVER THE TELEPHONE. TOOK PLENTY OF PICTURES FOR REFERENCE. VERY VERY DIRTY PLACE

  : The 7 pools and jacuzzis. Staff was friendly. But cant help you if you have an Airbnb. Passcode lock for my room made me feel more secure. Being close to the beach was nice.
  : If this is a resort breakfast should be included. Regardless if it privately owned room with. Air BNB. Roaches in the room was a disgrace. Very hard to cook. Sofa smelled like urine so we couldnt sit on it. Dishes were not clean upon arrival. Pillow need to be switched out. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Spread on the bed was not thick. Used the extra in the closet and it smell old and mildew. Horrible. Money should be invested in updating the room asap. Get rid of the roaches. Obviously the owner is aware because when I called the staff said there was no one on duty to come and spray. A disgrace.

  : The guy who manages the property is very rude and very short. The door initially didn't work and he acted like I was stupid and then gave me another code to get in and called me back and gave me a new code and everything was good we thought. A couple hours later we came back to the room only to find out that we were locked out and he had to bring a master key to get in and look at the lock, only to decide that it needed a new lock which he had to retrieve from an hour away. Of course, not knowing him I stayed in the room while he took over and hour to halfway change the lock. Then some maintenance guys (if you want to call them that) came to finish fixing the door for another 2+ hours. Asked the property manager to comp us a day or even just give us a late check out to which he refused and stated that we could have left him and his maintenance men in the room and went and done whatever we wanted as he could get in our room anytime he wanted to anyway. This guy is not friendly at all. Needless to say we lost about 5 hours of our vacation due to his unprofessionalism.

  : Need to exterminate. I am hopeful that I did not take home any bugs (roaches). Other than that it was good. Power went out once and cable went out several times

  : The location was a great location.
  : 1. Roaches roaches roaches, Oh and more roaches!2. No one cared enough to try to compensate me in any kind away for the inconvenience with all of the roaches.3. It was for people in my party and I was only provided with four towels and four washcloths and we were there for five days. You have to wash your own things. Thank goodness for worker that work for that building who gave me extra things even though they was not supposed to. Who wants to wash on their vacation. For those amount of days I feel that we should have had at least two of each per person.4. Horrible phone connection. I am a Boost customer my phone did not work at all. However I could get FaceTime calls or text messages if it was from an iPhone user but other than that I could not call if I was in the room on a regular phone call I could not get or send text messages so that was A bummer. Someone else in my party does not have Boost in their phone was fine. Even though I was hooked to their Wi-Fi it still wasn’t good for my phone.

  : The location. The view, the amenities. The realtor management company was very nice and helpful. Not having to check in at desk. Changeable key pad entry code
  : Lack of Bathroom cleanliness.....Housekeeping trying to push us out 15 minutes before check out.$85. House keeping fee when you have to purchase toilet paper,paper towels and clean the bathroom when you get there.. 45 linen fee.
