  : we booked queen sized beds and got full size instead, the water pressure was so bad it took the toilet forever to flush every time and the sink barely had water coming out

  : Location was good. Having a kitchen and large refrigerator was good for a weeklong stay. We stayed at the 16th floor and the view was good but it could have been better if the room was facing the ocean.
  : Wi-Fi was not available so I had to spend money to provide my own Internet connection. Indoor pool was under construction or repair and not available. There were not enough parking lot so I had to park other parking lot. There was not enough people at the reception so we had to wait long time to go through. The bathroom sing was leaking and the floor got wet so we had to clean up until the maintenance repaired.
