  : The location was great. Close to the airport, Broadway and all that Nashville has to offer. Clean and well kept property. Full kitchen in our suite was a bonus.
  : More breakfast variety. More help available at the desk. Many times I went to the desk and had to wait several minutes because only one person is working and several people are needing assistance. Beds were not made everyday. One day we were told by housekeeping staff they were too busy. On the day of checkout at 830am, the housekeeper knocked on the door, and before we could respond, as we were still in bed, she came into our room! At that time we let her know we would be checking out at check out time (11am). At 1030, she was at the door again, trying to rush us out. We didn't fly out until 330. I did let the front desk staff know when we checked out and they assured me that this is not how they operate and someone would speak to the housekeeping manager.

  : It smelled like sewage over in the night and the shower could have been cleaned better. there was a lot of hair in the shower.

  : Everything was wonderful, and the staff was amazing! My family arrived early in the morning and went to the hotel to drop off luggage, but the rooms were ready so everyone was able to check in, with a welcome invitation to have breakfast! Our family could not have asked for a better welcome!Important update with new information: After writing the above, the nightmare began. I'd contacted the hotel a few times prior to the stay to be sure my credit card authorization was on file to be used by my family, as this trip was a gift. During those contacts, there were several glitches that made me uneasy, but after the stay was great, I decided to overlook them.After the trip, my son called to say that the hotel charged his credit card for everything, despite my completed file, and emphasis that this was a gift; the kids were to pay nothing! A clerk said that they even attached a note to the file. It took a total of 12 calls to 2 managers, and corporate, and 3 credit card statements to get it off his card and onto mine. Why did I have to fill out an authorization form if they weren't going to pay attention to it? My son was asked for his credit card info "for possible incidentals", but nothing would be charged. Then they lost my authorization form with all my personal and financial information on it, and never did find it. There was a managerial change, and no one had a clue. A mix up in my son's name didn't help the situation. They connected his first and middle name to make it the last name!!! I got so many promises, and a real run-a-round. I was always promised return calls from both managers, and corporate, but that never happened. I demanded compensation and was promised a free room at any Marriott property in the USA, and that a loyalty account would be set up with points with a number to access to redeem and book, but that never happened. Of course, no one ever called! Marriott, we are finished with you; never again!
  : Their managerial staff is horribly incompetent, and corporate doesn't care.
