Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Paul Prudhomme’s Chateau by YouRent will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.
