: The price is a good compromise, the area nearby is nice and full of restaurants and coffe bar. The structure was fast to send the pest check even if this did not solve the issue completely.The kitchen and appliances are new
: All the three days we found bugs in the bathroom even after the pest control.The beds are full size, the 2 bedroom are one into the other in the sense that if someone from the second bedroom wants to go to the bathroom has to pass through the 1st bedroom.The dining table is a high one with stools and in our Case, with a baby, it was not so confortable

: The space was wonderful restored bungalow style house near main road fulll of independent business within walking distances. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We had an issue with a lock while we were there and after making contact with property manager a repair person had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.
: Parking was a little difficult to find at certain times of the day. Furnished bedrooms are arranged in an awkward way affording no privacy in certain traveling dynamics.

: It was cute and plenty of space for my needs. The washer/dryer was nice and clean. Great location for a peaceful stay close to alot.
: Kitchen supplies were not great. Pots and pans were very old with wobbly handles and some had rust. There was no kitchen towel or pot holders available. I understand that most people travel to New Orleans to eat out, but during a pandemic there should be a better stocked kitchen. It was chilly during my stay so I was using the heat. It kept turning itself down to 62 degrees. I had to turn it back up multiple times a day. There was no recycling bin. I believe recycling exists in the area because the business next door had one. The only way to contact the host was to call. I tried texting the number they texted me from about an internet issue I had, but they never text me back. The couch could use a professional cleaning.

: The property is in a nice area of town and you can walk to the store or restaurants.
: Parking is a nightmare on the street - would not recommend staying here if you have a car. Living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable, but beds and kitchen are nice. Suggest buying your own toilet paper :-)
