  : Location was super central, rooftop bar nearby was so lovely and you can see the empire state from the door! However there was a big homeless population and whilst we felt safe in a group I wouldn’t recommend for soloTravellers. The flat itself was gorgeous. Completely renovated and fresh, very clean!

  : The location is great, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit, if not walkable there’s a subway station close by.
  : The room we stayed was not the one in the picture which we paid for, but we all fit in the room we stayed. Bathroom sink was hanging out of the wall, the plug wasn’t working properly as well. We had problems in the laundry room that the staff wasn’t prepared or happy to help us out, the main property office were the ones to help.

  : The faucet in the kitchenette burst and flooded the apartment. Our beds including mattresses got wet. (see the picture). This happened early Friday evening. Fernando, the local manager said that he lives 2 hours away from Manhattan and he can't come. Then when we asked for help on Saturday, he said he does not work on weekends. Majane, the general manager lives in Spain. So we were left without any help until Saturday. Then we got for our last night a different studio. Beware, if anything goes wrong you are on your own!! And many things could go wrong since it is an old building.They even refused to give us back our damage deposit. As per Majane, we broke it. She didn't even see the place since she was in Spain but she knew that we broke. What a phenomenal wisdom she must have. And I am not even talking about reimbursing us for the lost night and our belongings which got damaged by the hot water. This is a case for a small claim court. I certainly can't recommend this place under any circumstances.
