  : It is a big apartment, and I liked very much the kitchen equittment.
  : It was not possible to sleep without ear plugs because the windows does not shut out the noise from the street. I would also liked to have a duvet in bed because it is more confortable.

  : The train is right down the block, midtown is easily accessible. Great Chinese restaurant across the street. The apartment was clean and the host was available when needed during our stay.
  : The only thing I didn't like is that I'm still waiting to receive my invoice from the host. She stated I would have it by the end of the week from my departure, which was on 1/1/2020. Still nothing. :-(

  : Having a full kitchen was so nice to make meals and save money. Also heat up left overs. Groceries were just around the corner so we were able to make breakfast every morning and saved us so much time. Also the subway access is just out the door and at the corner. Bam your going up town or down town to where every you want.
  : The streets at night can be a bit noisy. I have to remind myself I live in the country on property that's very quite so just a small amount of noise I am awake.

  : There was hidden fee. When I was booking the apartment, it didn't tell you any extra charge if a credit card was used for the payment, but nonrefundable. The first confirmation email didn't say that either, but only confirmed that it was nonrefundable, Almost 10 hours after I booked this property, there was another confirmation that expressed that there was extra charge if a credit card is used. At that time if you cancelled this book, you would have to pay all fee due to nonrefundable. So be careful! other guests, if you book the apartment or others, you may get 3% extra fee unless you pay it with cash.

  : It was a studio apartment & it felt like home. The shower pressure was just right for my tired, aching muscles. The bed molded to my body.
  : Bedding could have been changed at least once during my 6 day stay.

  : TERESA IS AN EXCELLENT HOST AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM AREA WAS A BIT NOISY AT NIGHT BUT NOT EVERY NIGHT EASY ACCESS TO TRAIN AND CAFE DOWN THE ROAD (HELPFUL CHAP) BANK ACROSS THE ROAD
