  : Had a horrible time in this hotel. Traveled with handicap parents with health issues. Discovered mold and mildew in the room. Bad smell and made my parents sick. The manager did nothing but refund one night stand kicked my handicap/disabled parents out of the room. They didn't accommodate them with any other room or any other options. The manager said, by the end of the day, handicap or disabled withhealth issues. He can't do anything about it. I had a room with my family. The manager stuck them in my room which had oy 2 full beds in it. 5 people in one small room. I told him it was a fire hazard and not safe for all 5 adults to be stuck together in one small room. He said it is what it is or my handicap/disabled parents can go find another hotel. This went on for about 2-3 hours at the time of almost mid night.
  : Nothing is good about this property. I would not stay here again. I'm warning everyone about this hotel. It is bad and they don't care about the guest here.

  : Clean room. Great location, friendly helpful staff.
  : Minor complaint… one bed was too close to air conditioning unit to be able to walk around side of bed. Hubby didn’t enjoy having to climb into bed from the bottom.

  : We got a room as per the booking and thats about it. Nothing else was good about this place. Nothing worth mentioning.
  : Where do I start. The staff, crap! Teach them how to talk to people! Called for directions because the board wasnt visible to my parents who were travelling to US for the first time and the response received from the female at the front desk was "sorry figure it out". Like really???We live in Canada and my parents travelled from India. They are tourists and obviously did not have a local CC to put on file as all booking were made by my husband and me and paid in full 3 months ago. They insisted that the card on file should be one of the people checking in and have to pay $150 refundable deposit. They only had forex cards and refunds dont work on them. Even after speaking to them on phone, they insisted on having someone come in person to pay and check them in!!!! They unfortunately had to put an international CC (bad conversion rate so you end up paying so much more) just because of these idiots. We did not have this issue at any other hotels that they have already stayed at in the last 7 days in NYC, Philly, Toronto, Niagara including tickets to various attractions.Not at all tourist friendly. And the cherry on top is the rude front desk female. Good Job! Will never stay here and will make sure to tell everyone to stay away from your establishment. Paramount was such a pleasant experience for them, this was the last thing I wanted my parents to face specially when they were touring US for the very first time.

  : Room was very clean, and well decorated. Housekeeping came around daily to clean rooms/change towels. Hotel is opposite the Port Authority bus station and is walking distance from landmarks including Times Square, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building.
