Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Was very quiet due to low occupancy (less than 50%) and location away from niagara state park. Desk staff polite. Plenty of towels in room. Shower had ample hot water. Required old school actual key to get in room.
  : Check-in was strange like they were still in covid lock down mode. Due to energy conservation the AC was not on so was hot on entry as well the fridge was not on so too firever to get cold and freezer never froze contents overnight. Room was hodge podge of mismatched stuff and out of date. Beds hard as rock and pillows were awful. Mattress on military/portable metal frame. Sheets look like from target economy section. Walls dingy/dinged and paint peeling. Dirty carpet. Large pile of black hair on floor when none of us has black hair. No ice. Bathrm sink backed up/extremely slow draining (greater that 15 min). Small corner shower.
